I owned an alphard exec lounge 2018, hv booked this car within the first 2 hours they opened for booking. My travels entailed to commute all along west coast with 2 offices having charging ports. My experience with my current i7 was that I need to charge only during penang trip. My point is its convenience to use EV for extensive long distance travelling in the west coast

Now looking like ima buy a Volvo cousin after watching your review again. Your review is spot on on the screen; I wish this and volvo ex90 to have embedded screen but it is what it is. It's interesting that no one talks about the safety features, rating and crash test results of these new toys that are flooding our market. Motor journalists should be discussing this but is it being consciously avoided?

There are accidents and tests that shown electric cars are too heavy for the guard rails that are designed to keep cars on the road when accidents happened. The electric cars will crash straight though the guard rails. The other safety issue is the lithium battery. There are quite a few Mercedes fire lately.

730k? Mad? Anyway not going to give up my Alphard for this new attractive MPV for the time being. Personally I don't buy the "sell" or marketing talk of this MPV doing city driving only. If someone pitch me this kind of talk, my answer to them will be "please sell me this EV city driving only price". Not going to pay "full" price for any vehicle when they tell me its for city use.

I don’t even think u understand the difference between this and alphard. This car is way comfy and safer than alphard by at least miles. At 530k Alphard don’t even provide air suspension. LOLLLLL, safety wise, please just look at Volvo EM90
