Interesting vlog,you were very excited when you saw mustard seeds...😂😁...and here where i live it's just like pure water.I have a little suggestion, before cooking quiuoa, always soak it for at least 30 minutes,i personally soak for an hour or even more to remove phytic acid...it might interest you to know that phytes are in most nuts we consume and it's in most grains too.If consumed much,it can block some important nutrients like zinc etc which the body needs.The oats you made also contains phytic acid.You can add a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar to it while making your overnight oats to remove phytic acid too.Sorry am saying too much,this might be helpful to someone.Thanks for sharing your day with us...😘

Try soak your quinoa at least for 20 minutes. Scrub with both hands 🙌 while washing before cooking . Soaking removes the bitter-tasting saponins. It also helps to activate the enzymes makes it easy to digest with more nutrients.
