As a telugu girl I feel marathi movie industry is very underated. It deserves more appreciation just like how south Indian industries are getting. And Whole bollywood is in mumbai, which dominates more. And its all our duty to support marathi industry just like we do others. I was always obsessed with marathi culture, I love them . I hope marathi movie industry produces blockbusters and gets more recognition Love from hyderabad, telangana ❤

As a bengali I thought the marathi lyrics would be difficult to understand but when I searched the lyrics I found some similar bengali words like komal (কোমল) -soft, kaaya (কায়া)- skin, chandana (চন্দ্র)- moon, Sonyaat (সোনায়)- with gold, sajali (সাজানো) - decorated, rupyaat (রুপোয়) -with silver, bhijali (ভিজানো)- soaked, Ratnaprabha (রত্নপ্রভা), bijli (বিজলী)- thunder, Indrasabha (ইন্দ্রসভা)- the court of Indra, Apsara (অপ্সরা), aali (এলো) - come, Indrapuri (ইন্দ্রপুরী)- heaven, and many other. It proves that we all are connected. ❤

Marathi cinema is very humane. It very truly depicts the real life dilemmas, the flaws and imperfection of human existence, the fault lines of our society, the grey area between morality and hypocrisy. The hurting and longing souls, the deprived souls. It portrays the organic and ever changing thing called "life" with its palpitating heart. This movie is a great one. Atul Kulkarni makes this one special for me.

For non- marathis small help from marathi guy APSARA AALI - In ENGLISH Meaning My soft skin is enchanting I’m bathed in moonlight, Bedecked in gold, drenched in silver I have worn the shimmer of rubies... I’m dressed up Looking like moonlight has descended on the stage, I’m a thunderbolt that has struck the entire court of Indra Here comes the nymph, straight from the heavens Her presence has lit up the earth Her moonlit smile has brightened the stage Here comes the nymph bathed in moonlight, My face is so beautiful, I’m a priceless diamond, I’m a rose in full bloom. My blouse (kanchuki), the silent sufferer complains about the heavy burden it has to bear my tiny waistline beckons you as does my chin, and my lethal eyes she’s the intoxicating goddess of love, dear sir she’s the very spark of passion the fact that her fragrance has intoxicated the air is the wind’s fault, not hers. I’m dressed up that has struck the entire court of Indra Here comes the nymph, straight from the heavens Her presence has lit up the earth Her moonlit smile has brightened the stage Here comes the nymph bathed in moonlight..

I'm from Kerala and have lived in most states of India but I have a special soft spot for Marathi even though I don't understand it much. Whenever I hear this language it feels like I have some past life connection with it. Very hard to describe this feeling.

@Roh Malik you are no one to give credit ONLY to marathas for saving hindus. Sikhs are also one reason that hindus exist in Northern India. Most of punjab at that time was muslim and and the whole Northern India would completely have become muslim if sikhs were not there.

She stood at one place and danced so damn good. This type of dance is really rare. Actresses dance on big floor or whole stage while she danced at a place with exceptional expressions. Though i don't understand marathi at all here but this song is masterpiece ❤
