You should be able to find it on the zeiss website, download and install.

Looking at dead things and then contaminating with toxic chemicals for which no controls are done and then hoping that you will discover something unique to justify spending $100K on a piece of equipment whose real purpose is to bloat your department's budget in a false attempt at recognition seeking. Useless.
