I have a tactic for fighting guardian stalkers where I will either shoot them in the eye, then cut their legs off, or I will hop on the master cycle and take out a few legs, then finish it off with the master sword. For the decayed guardians, if its visibly active and moving, just sneak up and pound it to death with the master sword.

@@RinHara5aki Na, can hardly do skewers without just burning through shields, just to store air time. Also, the order and speed in which you have to press buttons for some of these combos looks insane. Like that one at the end for getting free flurrys. Gotta side jump, drop a bomb and detonate it mid flight, all while still staying locked on. The hardest part in my opinion for that is to stay locked on and bomb twice, with uses L, being the same finger I use to lock on.
@Maxawa0851

@@austinkloth8072 it's easier than it looks. Just jump side ways while locking on, and press L twice. Then just mash the Y button. Make sure you jump SIDEWAYS as I've sometimes accidentally wasted one charge of daruks protection and done a jump slash

Speedrunning is hard but you usually follow a strict path with memorized techs and skills. This guy has to find out all of this, and then master it. Finding shortcuts for shrines is pretty much the same; you have to master all the techniques and then put them to use independently of time efficiency, without a clear path to follow.

@@royaldoggo497 Sorry but I gotta disagree. Speedrunners use some predefined strats that they learn beforehand. Videos like this one that toy with the mechanics require enough skill to execute way more techniques and to use all of them reliably to find even newer ones.

For the last one, there is an alternative option (it's easier aswell). The TCR (thunderclap rush) 1: let an enemy hit your shield and target it with ZL 2: go on a tree stump or elevated platform 3: hold ZL then jump sideways or backward 4: tap ZR and Y at same time, you will enter bullet time 5: press B while still holding your shield to exit bullet time (you can also shoot arrows while perfoming this trick) 6: when you touch ground, a flurry rush is activated, and you will rush toward the enemy at any distance then spam Y.

literally the only one i knew was that lynel shields can do damage. especially the one where you can use ice attacks to block the lynel's fireballs, i never thought of it but it makes so much sense!
