Hud, I agree. My favorite zelda game is Skyward Sword and number two Ocarina of Time. Awesome picks!!! I don't get why people think Skyward Sword is bad, it's has epic music, the origin of Link, Zelda, the villains, and Master Sword, and on HD version you can use button controls. So It's my all-time favorite video game. Super amazing video!!! 👍👍👍👍😀😀😀😁😁😁👏👏👏👏

I think the fact that wind Waker holds up so incredibly well for a game that came out in 2002 is what puts it in S tier for me, it’s got that BOTW exploration element that I love as well except with better dungeons and bosses

Nice vid! After half of zelda fans turned on totk, I feel like a lot of Zelda videos have been very negative and critical of the franchise recently. So it’s refreshing seeing a more chill and positive video like this! On a completely separate note, i think I need to replay a link to the past because if I’m being honest I played minish cap a while ago and found it more enjoyable and memorable. I remember like nothing from a link to the past lmao

Glad you enjoyed the video! I liked Minish Cap more than A Link to The Past for a while too. ALTTP is one of the games that gets way better on a replay. Definitely worth going back

I appreciate you giving Skyward Sword some love... Honestly, it's one of my favorites as well. Probably my favorite of "Classic 3D Zelda" games. Open world and 2D zelda are quite different games.

Not true. Right now it would be more convenient than anything to call Totk a bad game and put it lower than I did with how much criticism the game is facing from Botw fans

@RealHud naw, people are still getting hella flack from bad mouthing it. It's not a bad game but it's not really a good game either. It's honestly unfair to other zelda games to even put it in an A slot, but O guarantee if you put it lower, you'd have more dislikes on this video

I do prefer MM over OoT but this is a solid list. Give A Link Between Worlds a try, it’ll most definitely end in A or S tier (best 2d Zelda).

In terms of first play through, I agree, TOTK is number 1, but I also agree that the replay value isn’t great, which is weird since imo it’s the definitive way to play Botw which I love too but don’t have an urge to go back. Also thank you gor giving Skyward Sword some love

I get that it would be new and exciting back in the day. But I find that many other games that came out around the same time age much better today. Like Super Mario Bros 1 & 3, Dig-dug, the Donkey Kong games, Excitebike, and many others.

My top 5 Skyward Sword Wind Waker Breath of the Wild Tears of the Kingdom Ocarina if Time I want to enjoy Twilight Princess more, but I think I had a bad experience with it on the Wii.

Man if you didn't play the oracles, you're missing 2 masterpieces. Shame they're capcom's so they won't get any remaster soon (or so i think). They're not S tier, but easily A tier or high B tier imo, if you get a ROM or something, you should defo play them, they're worth it (they're pretty old and for GBC so if you get over it, you will enjoy them)

I mostly agree with the ranking but twilight princess is butt ugly. It really should be lowered on that alone. It's downright depressing and unpleasant. Wind waker had a similar problem to. Great colors and potentially great setting but again they got the ugly stick treatment... In movies you don't put ugly dark depressing people in your fun action adventure story. You put attractive models and famous good looking people with star power! Also Majora's mask, twilight, breath of the wild, skyward sword, all of these really lost touch about the Zelda roots. Zelda is supposed to be European medieval elfs but now for some strange reason Nintendo made everyone Chinese and Chinese accessories boy I tell you whowhat! Since when did Links become a Mongolian samurai!? WTF!?!? Lol ☝️😂🤣 👎👎👎👎 Yeah Nintendo lost touch and hasn't made a good sequel in years. They really shot themselves in the foot to when they established that it was destiny for link to always fight Ganon, always meet Zelda, and always wield the master sword forever. Thanks Nintendo! Now I can predict every game and feel bored/trapped in a perpetual gaming hell... 😅👎 Link used to use other swords. They need to fire everyone at Nintendo and start over with European developers or something? Maybe read some medieval books and do some research.
