If the entirety of Zelda OOT's songs were replaced with insaneintherain's covers, imagine how much different the game would have to be to suit the tone it took on because of the music. Everything would have to change. Link's get-up would go from prehistoric skincloth to sharp 60's attire (rat-pack or beatnik perhaps?), but his hat would already be on the mark, assuming the clothes were rat-pack style (40's or Dick Tracey-style) save for the feather; epona wouldn't be a horse but, rather, a sleek convertible ("the Epona LX. . . "); you would acquire novels and poems rather than, respectively, skulltullas and poes; hyrule would have to become a classy metropolitan center; and Navi would take the form of a Siamese cat or foo-fooey breed of canine. :-)
