For anyone wondering why some dragons aren’t coming in; they either come in late or a whole different time frame. It seems a little RNG but so far for dinraal I had him show up at 12am and 5pm trust when I tell you I’ve been writing down these timeframes but I still don’t understand it much. Just don’t be surprised if the best way to farm them is underground lol I’m just waiting for that YT vid

The dragons operate based off how long the game has been active, not specific time points throughout the day. So it's probably different for every player, the best option is just to scour the dragon's path until you find it. But they're pretty big so you can spot them easily. And if you want to farm them, you can just stay on them until the horns/spikes glow bright again. It takes ~10 minutes, and the only thing that can knock you off is them going up or down holes.

There's another dragon, the Light Dragon which is very way up. It circles around the entire hyrule. I was able to catch him above the awakening room

idk how im sturggling to get these dragons to spawn but i did see the light dragon when i saw farroosh didnt know it had the master sword now im banging my head bc i didnt go after it

Something to note about these dragons, you can land on them and walk around; on the spikes along their body are also shards of the spikes that you can pick up and use. You will need cold resistance for Naydra and fire immunity for Dinraal, but the attacks they have don't touch you while you're on the body of the dragon; you can just ride them around (just be careful of when they go up and down). Around every 10 or so minutes the horns & spikes will light back up and you can get another piece from them.

I just put myself in climbing mode when they are going down and its pretty safe, you dont really lose stamina when you are motionless.

@@lollipoprei830 Same here, but if climbing somehow doesn't work, the gusts make gliding up and down a bit easier. But not exactly ideal for max afk coverage.

Fun fact, their attacks CAN hit you. I got frozen while sitting right behind naydra's crown, and I was genuinely confused

Imagine my surprise when I saw the fire dragon coming out of the Chasm hole. I didn't even know they did go in the chasms. Thanks for the tips though, going to upgrade me some armor with this hoe.

Collect one of each then duplicate glitch them for later upgrades lol. I know they sent a patch out today but if you don't update the game you can continue using the duplicate glitch.

Advice: the time is useless on the dragons cuase every time you teleport or sleep the dragon's movement stays still example if you see a dragon and use a campfire it doesn't matter if you choose morning, noon or night the dragon will not move from that spot.

Example 2 if you see a dragon going down the chasm at 7am even if you use campfire and go back to 6am that dragon will stay and keep going down the chasm

Note: staying on the dragon's back waiting for it to start glowing again does work but the glow return every 15mins

I had the same issue with the dragons. They don't always drop everything, so you have to try again a few hours later.

you have to him them in different locations, if u want a claw u need to hit their claws etc

I'm sorry to tell you this but no he's not there the ice dragon I waited for like 3 days now and the game just standing there looking for them and no not there also the Lightning Dragon you can just fly over to him with the gliding suit I feel like people should mention that
