These bloopers were too damn funny 😂. I loved them all. I especially loved how you incorporated the artwork of each voice actor. It's a very great way to commemorate their own platforms, and to add a face to their screw ups, lol. I'm also glad to finally know Pipit's voice actor, PatMikeVA did good work in this project, and in these bloopers. My favorite bits had to be the ones with Zelda, Gaepora, and Jakamar (that intro 😆, iconic). Isabelle Amponin's bloopers made Fi feel more human than what's normal for her, really giving her lots of character. And is it me, or could Isabelle possibly have the chops to voice Midna in a hypothetical Twilight Princess redub with that laugh? I almost mistook her for Nicki Jensen. Well, anyways, thanks for the laugh you guys, and again, fantastic work with this project 😁!

*Link’s Journal: Day 15* I reluctantly told Groose about Zelda, though I didn’t do much talking about it. He seemed to get the idea from my hesitation. However, he gave me a kind of pep talk, said he’s chosen to stay on the Surface permanently. Honestly, I don’t blame him, the Faron region in particular has grown on me. He says it might be his destiny to stay here. It’s funny, I never would’ve pegged Groose for a believer in destiny. I’ve returned to Skyloft to look for leads on the Tri-Force, figuring asking headmaster Gaepora would be a good place to start. He didn’t seem to have any solid knowledge on its whereabouts, but led me to the idea of looking into Levias, the Wind Fish from fairy tales he used to tell me and Zelda when we were little. There’s a chance he’s trapped inside the Thunderhead, and Instructor Owlan had been sent to look into it. Instructor Owlan confirmed that Levias is inside the Thunderhead, and that he’s apparently been possessed by some force. The only way to bring him out is, apparently, pumpkin soup from the Lumpy Pumpkin. I was hoping to avoid going there, since I still owe Old Pumm money for a bit of property damage a few months back, but it doesn’t look like there’s any alternative… I managed to make a deal with Pumm: I’ll deliver his yearly offering of pumpkin soup to Levias inside the Thunderhead in exchange for him waiving the debt. The amount of soup he made was much more than I anticipated, to the point where Fi (reluctantly but unprompted) called for Scrapper to help us out. He burst through a window on his way in. Kina made me fork over a good chunk of Rupees to pay for the window. Fi actually chuckled a bit at my situation. I feel like Scrapper did that on purpose. Upon delivering the soup, Levias made his presence known, and I immediately knew what Owlan meant earlier. There were parasitic stalks sprouting from various orifices, all leading to a central parasite on his back. Redwing and I had to constantly buzz around the Wind Fish in order to systematically kill off each of the stalks before finally removing the parasite itself. After that business, Levias came to his senses and told me that the key to finding the Tri-Force was a song called the Song of the Hero, and that it’s separated into four parts: One for himself, and the other 3 given to the dragons of each region on the Surface. Yes, dragons plural. May as well start with the dragon I know. While landing in the Faron region, I couldn’t help noticing there was more water than usual. As such, I decided to land in the Sealed Grounds. It’s a good thing I did, because the Dark Beast decided to break free once more. Demise must be getting desperate, since it came this time with the ability to fly! All would’ve been lost if Groose hadn’t come up with the most keese-shit idea ever: Launch me onto the Beast’s head with the Groosenator so I could take it down in mid-air. How it managed to go right, I’ll never know. After that was taken care of, I checked with the Old One to make sure everything was alright inside the Temple. Zelda is safe, but the Faron Woods were completely flooded, to the point where merely opening the door would flood the Temple as well. Of course, Groose had a brilliant idea of how to get me over there, based on his last brilliant idea. Beggars can’t be choosers, but I just hope this journal doesn’t get destroyed in the process. Evidently, the Water Dragon had flooded the woods to completely wipe out Ghirahim’s forces. Unfortunately, she didn’t seem to take into account the Kikwi population, so I had to make a deal with her. Despite seeing the sword on my back and acknowledging that I might have the spirit of the hero, she STILL decided to test just to be absolutely sure that I’m _really_ the Goddess’ Chosen Hero. In exchange for going through with her asinine challenge, she’s to get rid of the floodwaters _and_ teach me her part of the Song of the Hero. Now that that unnecessary task has been taken care of, and the Kikwi have been returned to their proper living conditions, it’s time for me to start searching for more dragons. I might have more luck in Eldin since nothing seems to live in Lanayru. Off to the land of fire and Mogmas! *MEMORANDUM OF HS2011-F1 (FI)* A STRONG GUST OF WIND KNOCKED MADI’S SWORD FROM ITS SCABBARD, LEAVING ME TO AWAKEN ALONE IN A CAVERN WITHIN ELDIN VOLCANO. I DO NOT DETECT MADI IN THE IMMEDIATE VICINITY, NOR ANY LIFEFORMS WITH THE EXCEPTION OF A FEW NATIVE SPUMES APPROX. 20 METERS AWAY. THE ONLY EVIDENCE I HAVE FOR MADI’S PRESENCE IS HIS JOURNAL. I AM EXPERIENCING AN UNUSUAL SENSATION. I AM CERTAIN MADI WILL SEARCH FOR ME, YET MY CALCULATIONS OF HIM ACTUALLY FINDING ME DWINDLE AS TIME PASSES. THE TEMPERATURE IN THE AREA IS HIGH, YET I DO NOT FEEL ANY WARMTH. THE NEARBY MAGMA POOLS ARE A DECENT LIGHT SOURCE, YET ALL FEELS DARK AROUND ME. I AM UNCERTAIN WHAT THIS FEELING IS, BUT I ESTIMATE ONE POSSIBILITY FOR ITS IDENTITY. I HAVE NOT DIRECTLY OBSERVED IT FROM MADI, NOR FROM HER GRACE, NOR FROM IMPA, YET IT IS THE ONLY POSSIBILITY FOR WHAT THIS FEELING IS. I AM FRIGHTENED. I AM AFRAID. I AM SCARED. FI HAS HEREBY FORBIDDEN MADI FROM MAKING HER LEAVE HIS SIDE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. PLEASE. I DO NOT WANT TO BE ALONE. A harsh wind blew me off course while I was landing in Eldin. By the time I came to my senses, I found myself surrounded by structures built as a sort of base. The place was practically crawling with Ghirahim’s forces. I’m starting to see why Faron would flood her domain. Just so we’re on the same page, I’m writing this _after_ dismantling the base, since the monsters had imprisoned me and stolen all my possessions, and I’d lost my sword and my journal during my crash landing. It took me far longer than I’d have liked to recover my gear, let alone finding the Fire Dragon afterwards. Luckily he decided I was worthy upon looking at my hand, unlike that watery tart in Faron. I think I can agree to Fi’s terms.

*Link’s Journal: Day 16* My next stop is Lanayru Desert, and I already know this is gonna be the hardest one to find due to how desolate the desert is. Perhaps I can find a clue near the sea of sand? I was making my way over to the Sand Sea port after landing near the Mining Facility when I decided to check out that caved-in section I’d ignored earlier. After planting an Eldin Flower, I found myself on the precipice of a great canyon Fi called Lanayru Gorge. There I found the Desert Dragon. Unfortunately, I only found his skeletal remains. Fi pointed out that the mine system reaches out into the gorge, meaning there must be some Time-Shift stones nearby that can be used to revive the dragon. After following the mine cart tracks, we found a cart at the end with a larger Time-Shift stone than they usually have. Activating the stone allowed the cart to follow right where we needed it. Even after reviving him with time displacement, the Desert Dragon was visibly ill, even to a human like me. He tells me that the robots planted a seedling from the “Tree of Life,” whose fruit can easily cure him, but the seedling won’t take root in the desert soil… I think I might know a place where it _can_ grow, and in a timely manner. After convincing the robots to let me take the seedling, I went back to the Temple of Hylia through the Gate of Time to plant it… If nothing else, at least it’ll give Zelda a beautiful sight when she wakes up. I can see her face already… I’ve wasted enough time here as it is. Time to see if this little experiment in botany works… It worked! The seedling grew into a full tree right inside the Temple, bearing fruit in the present day. Now to take it back to the Thunder Dragon (Apparently that’s his title, not Desert Dragon) and see him cured. He’s already promised to teach me his part of the Song of the Hero when he’s recovered. I’ve returned to Levias to learn the final part of the Song. I was surprised to find that, after teaching me his part, Levias was joined by the 3 Dragons to perform a full rendition! Oh, it was something that had to be experienced firsthand, words written and spoken would both fail to describe the spectacle and wonder. But I can’t afford to bask in the glory of that concert for long: I still need to perform the song myself and bring an end to this eternal war. Performing the Song of the Hero opened a Trial Gate, meaning I had to re-enter the Silent Realm and perform a Trial spanning the entirety of mainland Skyloft. Luckily, I know the place well enough to navigate it with my eyes closed, though the Guardians made sure to keep me on my toes throughout the Trial. Upon returning, I was given a large orange gem easily as large as my head. I honestly had no idea what to do with it, but Fi took one look at the gem and simply told me to follow her. What followed felt like a recreation of the night we first met, only she led me to an outcropping just below the Goddess Statue instead of inside the statue. Fi showed me a particular bird statue that had only one eye, made from a gemstone just like mine. When I placed my stone into its empty eye socket, the statue spun around, opened its mouth, and fired a shot that shattered the underside of the Goddess Statue’s island, revealing a massive upside down tower. The statue then fired shots that suspended themselves in mid-air, forming a path for me to use my Claw-Shots and make my way to the tower’s entrance. The inside of the tower had a very peculiar setup: Instead of having a set floor plan placed over a sprawling complex, it only had 9 rooms, each equipped with a table that could alter the layout of the entire tower. The only real challenge in this place was setting up the rooms in such a way as to actually gain access to the Tri-Force, which itself was split into 3 pieces (Representing power, wisdom, and courage respectively). After completing the Tri-Force, I was transported to the top of the Goddess Statue, where this short and equally treacherous phase of my life began with me simply failing to say 3 short words to the most important girl in my life. The Tri-Force itself reformed in front of me, in all its shining triangular glory. All it takes now is one touch, one single thought, one all-powerful wish, and it’ll all end... Here goes. Evidently, the Tri-Force’s idea of destroying the immortal demon king Demise was to send the Goddess Statue’s island crashing down on top of him. I’m slightly mad I didn’t think of that myself. Then again, I was sent down to the Surface with said statue, so I guess there’s that... At any rate, all signs show that the Dark Beast is dead, no chance of him breaking out now. Time to wake sleeping beauty.

*Link’s Journal: Day 17* Upon entering the now reformed Temple of Hylia, I was met by Groose and the Old One. We exchanged wordless greetings as the door to Zelda’s chamber opened. There, I was met by an odd yet fitting sight: The chamber had become overgrown with moss and grass, a great tree had grown next to Zelda, a couple vines twisting around her crystalline form. It wasn’t long after I entered the room that the crystal surrounding Zelda broke apart, freeing her from her overlong self-imposed nap. Frankly, I’m surprised she was able to make it down the few steps from her altar to the floor before she inevitably collapsed from forgetting how to properly walk. I gave her a good flick on the forehead for oversleeping. It got a good giggle out of her. I had no idea how much I missed her laugh. Our reunion was cut short by none other than the pale-faced bastard himself. Here I was thinking Ghirahim just keeled over and died along with his master. Nope, he instead came up with the idea of taking Zelda back in time to when Demise had just been sealed away and sacrificing her _then_ so Demise would be revived now. Needless to say, I feel the entirety of existence is on the line here. I’m going after him now. Old Gods give me strength. Ghirahim tried to slow me down with some goons, but I only saw red as I cut my way to the bottom of the chasm. I managed to get to him before he could finish his ritual, which pissed him off enough to shed his skin and reveal himself to be what I can only describe as a dark reflection of Fi: All the fairy-like qualities carried over, but her soft blues and bright purples were replaced with stark white and jet black, all the soft and flowing parts of her form were harsh and jagged on his. Ghirahim’s anger seemed to overwhelm any sense of reason within him. I couldn’t even get him to hear my warnings about the true ramifications of what could happen if he goes through with reviving his Madi. He made rookie mistakes in his attempts to get a hit in. Ghirahim’s all-encompassing anger proved to be his undoing. But it still wasn’t enough. Ghirahim was stalling. The Dark Beast arose and appeared to consume Zelda’s very essence before everything was consumed by light. Demise had returned in what I assume is his true form: A hulking mass of muscle easily twice my size, his skin was like solidified shadows, his eyes and hair were blazing fire, and his voice made the very earth shake with each word he spoke. He was more terrifying here than he was as the Dark Beast. Thankfully, Groose was able to race through the Gate of Time and get Zelda out of the chasm before Demise could take much note of it. I managed to distract the Demon King enough for him to challenge me to a duel in a specially made realm separate from this one. Groose managed to relay that there’s still a chance for Zelda to regain her soul if I can kill Demise quickly. Once more, I pray for the Old Gods to grant me the strength to see it done. Our arena seemed to be a place that was only sky, with the both of us standing on a thin layer of water that stretched far beyond the horizon. When the battle began, the clouds all darkened around us. When I brought him to his knees, a great storm surrounded us, with bolts of lightning charging our blades in place of any divine or demonic power. I don’t know how long we fought, but tracking how time passed didn’t matter as much as killing this blackhearted devil. I knew I had struck the final blow when the demon’s blade vanished from his hands. Even as he faded into formless smoke, Demise proclaimed that he would find a way to return and seek revenge against the humans of the future. Before I could do anything else, my sword raised itself skyward and absorbed Demise’s essence into itself. I just hope it doesn’t hurt Fi in the long run. It seems I slayed Demise in time, Zelda’s alive and well. Just as Groose, Zelda, and I were going to step through the Gate of Time and return home, Fi pulled me aside and showed me a small altar behind the one Zelda had previously stood upon. It was a small pedestal, like the one inside the Goddess Statue that once held the Goddess Sword, what feels like an eternity ago. Fi told me to place my sword in the pedestal… so she could stay there forever. I could just barely tell her voice was shaking when she told me, and I think I saw her eyes shining more than usual before she returned to the sword. FI HAS HEREBY FORBIDDEN MADI FROM SHEDDING UNNECESSARY TEARS FOR HER. KNOW THAT, NO MATTER HOW MUCH TIME MAY PASS, FI WILL ALWAYS REMEMBER YOU FONDLY, MADI MADAS. With a heavy heart, I did as Fi asked. The silence that followed was deafening. The silence was broken by the familiar sound of Fi calling me from the sword, followed by an equally familiar scribbling noise. I’ll keep her final rule close to my heart for the rest of my days. Despite Zelda’s insistence on the contrary, Impa decided to stay in the past and watch over Fi and the Tri-Force. Zelda gave her one of her crystal bracelets as a parting gift. Imagine our surprise when we returned to our time and saw that same bracelet being worn by the Old One. But just as soon as we reunited, Impa breathed her last. The doors of the temple opened after that to reveal Fi, standing tall atop her pedestal, safe and sound. *Link’s Journal: Day 18* The cloud barrier separating Skyloft from the Surface had apparently vanished when the Isle of the Goddess made landfall, because Headmaster Gaepora awaited us just outside the temple alongside both Redwing and Minerva. We then saw Cawlin and Stritch flying down as well with old Bravo leading the charge towards his rider. I didn’t even know the name of Groose’s Loftwing until the reunion took place. Soon after, Zelda and I found ourselves back atop the Statue of the Goddess. Once again, I tried to tell her the same three words I’d wanted to tell her for the past two weeks, but she cut me off by making me an offer I couldn’t refuse. As per usual, right when I think I have things going my pace, she drags me along to step in time with her. I think I can get used to that.

*Link’s Journal: Day 180* Things have been going well on the Surface. The pumpkin crops are growing well, and we even have a system in place for trade with the Kikwi. A good number of people have settled on the Surface with permanent intent, mostly in Faron Woods with us, but there are some who plan to colonize and restore the Lanayru region (Groose, of all people, is heading the expedition!). Thusfar, there are no plans to move into the Eldin area, understandably so, but Zelda and I have been maintaining contact with the Mogma to ensure good relations for the future. The merchants from the bazaar have taken well to having delivery systems for orders sent from the Surface to Skyloft. It looks like some people are even beginning to think about a mechanized ferry system to save the unnecessary strain on the Loftwings and Lanayru robots. Who’d have thought that the Groosenator would actually be used to shoot goods up to the Sky after it was used to kill the most horrific demon in recorded history? Speaking of recorded history, the people who chose to stay on the Surface have helped Zelda and I choose a name for our new home, we’re gonna call it Hyrule for the time being (after the fact that Hylia Ruled over the land before we returned to it). I’m not too keen on it, but I think it’s miles better than Groose’s original idea for a name. Now that it’s on my mind, there have actually been a couple Surface residents who decided to live up on Skyloft. The first was Oolo the Kikwi, after learning that it’s free of any potentially scary things. After a trip up mostly spent keeping him from panicking mid-flight, we managed to bring Oolo to mainland Skyloft. I figured a good place to start would be the Knights Academy, since they’d be more than willing to help a stranger get acclimated to life here. What I didn’t expect to happen was Instructor Owlan taking such a liking to Oolo, to the point where (after some deliberation and further convincing of the Kikwi) it was decided that Oolo would be staying with the Instructor for the foreseeable future. On my way back to the Surface, I decided to take a trip to the Lumpy Pumpkin to discuss business about the pumpkin trading, and talk to an expert about how the Surface-grown pumpkins compared to the Sky-grown ones. Instead, I noticed Kina having some trouble with the patch, she even audibly complained about how difficult it was to plow the land this time around. Needless to say, I had an idea of what (or who) could help her out. A quick trip to Eldin proved that the Mogma elder Guld was more than willing to retire from digging for treasure. It took very little convincing for him to come up to the Surface to dig in softer patches. Pumm and Kina both took a liking to him after that. I still make a concerted effort to visit Fi every week, just to make sure she’s alright, and let her know what’s going on around her. I think she’s still aware of her surroundings, if only unable to freely express herself in words. She shines bright when I enter the room, no matter the time of day. I assume this to be a sign of happiness from her. The shine persists throughout the visit, but noticeably dims when I mention negative things, such as how Scrapper is still looking for her. I take that as a show of sadness. When I tease Fi about missing him, the shine flashes, likely indicating anger or annoyance. This is typically how the visits go before I’m inevitably called away to help out with the settlement. Now that I’ve written enough minutiae and well-known knowledge to properly bore the journal snatcher, I can get to the real business. Everyone’s chipped in to make it happen: Pipit and Karane helped me with designs (and setting up the scenario), Fi was visibly ecstatic when I told her the plan, Gondo was kind enough to craft it free of charge, Headmaster Gaepora has given his blessing, and when Groose finally brought it down (and wished me luck in the process) I found a small note alongside it that simply read, “Go get her, flyboy! - P” Everything’s all set. Today is her 18th birthday. The package is here, I’ve rehearsed my lines, everything should go according to my plan for once. I just hope she likes my surprise. I do 💙- Z
