The number and frequency of Ukrainian soldiers receiving training in US bases in Western Europe reportedly dropped to almost zero in last few months. US officials suggested to the Washington Post that Kyiv is running out of men to fight Russian forces. A US official claimed that the last brigade trained in Germany left Grafenwoehr, the largest US overseas training centre, in January or February.
