the scarring issue is overplayed in my opinion. which looks worse, a scar which 99% of people won't see unless they are 15cm from your face--or an old aged face with massive nasolabial folds that everyone can see from across the room and office?

I may be a little late here but I am trying to find this procedure on the Zelken Institute's website but can't find it by the name "Early intervention facelift". Does it have a different name on your site?

No. It may be under the facelift section. Its a facelift for younger patients that hope to prevent signs of aging. Typically involves a deep plane facelift, buccal fat reduction, fat transfer, and specific manipulation of the neck muscles.

Its really best to be seen in person. Facelift is not a one size fits all or one price fits all operation. Also depends on where surgery is performed.
