Hey Chris, on behalf of the Zelus Team we wanted to apologize for the poor experience you had with us. The employee we had managing our Instagram account is no longer with the company and this issue was never brought to our attention. Our customer service is something we take pride in and we always replace damaged products as long as they are within our 30 day return policy. The durability of our insoles is something we're constantly improving on and is something we like to take pride in. Pickleball is an intense sport and is hard your feet. We're always looking at better, more durable materials to compensate for the wear and tear that happens to our insoles throughout the lifespan. We want to thank you for your honest review and once again apologize for the lack of communication you received in the past.

Protalus shoe insoles saved my feet.. They are on Amazon or online. High end and they are durable.. Feel great and eliminated all my foot pain. I have them in every shoe I have now.

I wanted to try those! I looked into those quite a bit before Zelus and never pulled the trigger. Maybe I’ll do those next.

You are absolutely right in the beginning. Everyone’s feet are different and what is a great insole for one person is not necessarily going to work for someone else… now customer service is a whole different animal for sure. Also I found that taking your insoles out of your shoes after play does help promote the life of the product,,,, ps , I want a one of those black tee shirts you’re wearing !!

I bought the orthotic arch pair and they've been super comfortable. Legs get less fatigued, feet don't hurt as much. My only complaint is when you first put them in, your shoe will be quite snug until the insole breaks in some.

You might want to try Pedag Viva Sport Insoles. They helped my plantar fasciitis. I also wear compression socks because of super high arches, and they need that extra support. There are lots of compression socks but I've tried Newzill plantar fasciitis socks and they have worked well so far. I also have two pairs of the exact same court shoes that I rotate.

I found the Zelus not stiff enough. So I purchased some FitFeet 3/4 for high arch, since my issues was pronation. They don't flex at all. I put them in over my Zelus and they have helped me a lot. Again if your issue with high arches is pronation you need a pretty stiff arch to keep your ankle from rolling inward and Zelus does not have that.

I can confirm that the customer service is absolutely atrocious, but the insole itself is pretty fantastic. Kind of a love the product, hate the company situation

They had a tent at the APP tournament in Casa Grande last year. They all seemed like helpful good people. They said they were going to be at Nationals unveiling a new product that would be a custom fit for your feet. I looked for them in California at nationals and they weren't there???? Hmmm. Thanks for the heads up on the customer service. There are many options out there around that price point. I think I'll be looking at other options.

Hey Jim. Sorry you missed us at Nationals. We partnered with Pickleball Central that week and were doing our custom insoles in their booth.

Do you find the added thickness raises your heel too much in the heel pocket of your shoes? Asking because that's the way they feel to me on a different brand I've tried to use.

Not that I’ve noticed!

thanks for the excellent info! Say NO to Zelus!

Eh, not worth $55. I'd pay $15 for a pair of orthotics and that's about it...I'm sure they don't cost more than a few bucks landed from the factory.

I don’t know anyone who uses them. One person I know tried them and took them out. Overrated and overpriced product. The only people that I’ve seen use them are sponsored by them
