Have the single and double. Had to replace the single because it had fine leaks everywhere, now replacement is doing the same. Double looks like it now doing the same. Won't be using the brand again. Will stick to higher quality mats like my Thermorest hiking mats.

How long did yours take to inflate the very first time? I have had mine inflating all night but still not where it should be

I personally have had a pretty bad experience with Zempire. Bought the double 11 months ago. Used it 4-5 times and the seal around the valve ripped UNDER the fabric. Bought through an online eBay store that sadly doesn't exist anymore but I have the eBay receipt saying it was new and a photo of it wrapped in its plastic with the original labels on it. Contacted Zempire to fix the fault, not even replace the mattress I just wanted it fixed. Zempire will not honor its warranty because supposedly they believe the mat is second-hand (pretty much calling me a liar) and telling me it was even when I have the photo of it with labels on. For me, the mattress has ended up as expensive landfil ...IMO, Spend your hard earned $ on a company that cares because these guys don't.

GDay mate. Sorry to hear of your troubles. That’s a shame. So far mine is holding up well. Time will tell. I’ve slept on it about 30 nights or so.

@@searching4adventure Yeah I think sadly issues can happen with manufacturing but it's more how they handled the warranty claim: pretty much calling me a liar and not owning up to fixing the issue. Not a great look ...

Terrible product. Didn't last at all. Zempire customer service were terrible, would never buy from them again.
