That's been my go to sweep from guard for years and I still got plenty of details to add to my game. That north south one is much smoother the way you do it with the leg push! I've been doing it like a caveman 😄 Thank you so much.

Love your stuff Michael, glad you put up a full length video instead of just the shorter versions. It seems like you walk to north south to finish the sweep in a few instances. Have you had much success using this technique escaping north south?

Not a ton of escapes using this. Mostly because it’s hard to stuff the wrist once you’re stuck. Could work, just not something I’ve used.

Both names are used. There are some differences but I just think flower sounds nicer 😂

I’ve heard both. There are some differences from what I’ve learned but overall basically two names for the same sweep. I just like how flower sounds.

Soooo cool. I've been doing this move with a little success, but I'm usually grabbing their chin and pulling them across that way. It's much more caveman than this but I did it on accident and it worked so🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️ Now i see why it only happens sometimes, "I've been in my own way"🤦 Now, I know! Gracias!! The guard to mount is retarded😂😂 Never seen that
