I really like this one. I have completed 3, hard because of work, so I'm fitting in painting when I can. These lessons and paintings are helping, so thanks. I can feel my mind getting it, just need to translate what I am thinking to my hand and brush! Practice, practice, practice! Thanks again for doing this course.

What brand of canvases do you use for these tutorials? They seem very absorbent, I like the way it receives the paint.

QUESTION FOR #THEARTSHERPA: THE BACKGROUND IS BY DESIGN 'STREAKY', DOES STREAKY MEAN SOME DOTS OF CANVAS SHOWS THRU? TO ME I THINK THIS LOOKS UNFINISHED, AMATEURISH ON MY WORK. STILL WORKING TO FIND RIGHT BALANCE OF COVERAGE, PIGMENTATION & FLUIDITY OF MY PAINT TO GET IT RIGHT. ANY SUGGESTIONS? MAHALO (THANKS) FM HAWAI'I 🌈
@TheArtSherpa Жыл бұрын
No, you should still be covering the whole canvas, not leaving area with no paint. Be sure your brush is damp. If using craft or student grade, you don't need to add much water, but pro paints do need some water to make them more fluid. It is practice practice to get the right amount. 💚
