I have so much love and admiration for John. I spent 9 months in his Embodied Men's Leadership Training in 2019, and still haven't completely unraveled and integrated the lessons he facilitated for me. A great man and incredible model of masculine leadership.

He gave me a framework to explore myself that deepens with every layer I peel back. As I deepen, the lesson shows even more depth that I couldn't see. And so I go deeper. The whole time, bringing compassion and consciousness to more of my being.

My biggest hurdle as a man in relationship right now-as an almost 43 year old childless man-is accepting the sorrow of not being a father, accepting the self-responsibility that it’s all my own fault I missed the boat on fatherhood, and getting passed the self-pity of that in order to show up for my woman fully. Because I’ve realized as long as I continue to lament what is not, I am unable to even be present with what is, which I’m learning is a tremendous disrespect to this woman who loves me infinitely here now..

I think what men mostly long for is acceptance and validation and women can often times be so demanding and critical.
