It's always going to be OKAY don't worry it's just normal to have awful days just remember that you are enough , beautiful ,and you are taking care of yourself by listening to asmr for example...hope you wake up tomorrow and having a clean space with shower maybe if you're a girl putting some makeup and then having a nice breakfast then wearing clothes that you love and choose to wear then go for it go for life you can do it there's always people around you 🤍

Brew is a word, it has to do with the making of drinks. Iguana is also the English word for the lizard called Iguana. You're doing really good with your english, keep it up
