Zenitco factory tour - Russian military production

How does our production work? We'll tell you in a new video with a big factory tour! Old friend of Zenitco Marat Sutaev visited us. Let's go through the different stages of the production process, show its various stages:
✔️ Metalworking: how does a huge slab of aluminum turn into bodies of red dots and thermal imaging sights?
✔️ Design department: what products are we working on right now?
✔️ Installer robot: how are electronic components mounted on printed circuit boards?
✔️ Will analyze different stages of production on an example of a red dot, and also see how nitrogen is pumped into red dots and the red dot tube is adjusted.
…and much more. Watch till the end - we will show the most interesting part there: what will allow us to expand even more in the near future. And we will be able to develop and produce even more products 😉

Man I’m super impressed! Would have guessed that for sure their circuit boards and electronics were made in China. I’m sure some little parts are but to see that they were making a lot of that stuff themselves was impressive. Definitely a company to be proud of if you’re Russian. My firstZenitco product was a perst3 and I’ve put that thing through the paces the past two years and have had no issues. I bought a perst4 and kitted out KP9 just in the nick of time before the crap broke loose. Everything from this company has been perfect.

I see Russian army using Holosun a lot, i know Zenitco products are highly praised even in the US and EU gun community but why isn't it more common with the RU army, maybe Holosun is cheaper with decent quality but Zenitco has it's own coolness factor.

Anastasia....I really enjoyed the video. It's amazing to see a company of Zenitco's size so vertically integrated. Zenitco certainly has many smart, capable employees. What I saw in the video was such an interesting mix of old and new. Good old fashioned craftsmanship combined with modern CNC equipment and electronics.

Hi Zenitco! I just wanted to apologize on behalf of the American AK community for the actions of a number of the companies in the Ak business. Between big companies like Palmetto and Kalashnikov USA and several smaller companies- there has been a number of recent releases of product that are simply blatant copies of your designs. These companies are profiting off of the misery and pain war and sanctions has put upon your company and your country. It’s not fair and it’s shameful. I’ll continue to use my Zenitco product, and eagerly wait for a time when we can again do business without sanction from my government. This isn’t the time or place to discuss the complexity of Russia’s military action in their borderlands- but suffice it to say- Zenitco you have friends and brand champions here. I wish I could help educate folks to not support these forgeries and convince the good folks in our AK community to cease and desist the manufacture and distribution of these blatant rip offs.
