The gameplay is really fun but it feels like two different games stitched together. The narrative portion walking around the city extremely disruptive to the fighting portion. I wish they integrated the narrative beats into the gameplay more seamlessly and without adding the phaeton characters just to do the talking. Had fun for a few hours but I don't see myself going back

Same here mate. I was mindlessly pressing X & O and skipping like a madman. Started to lose interest walking back and forth between the video store, cafe and carpark. Imagine if this game had a "Bloody Palace" mode. Yes please!

I stopped playing Monster Hunter because it was a time sink. These types of games have no place in gaming because they destroy creativity and new ideas
