Neko is REALLY good with her M1 and signature engine, it makes her significantly stronger. I S ranked the new shiyu defense with her even without physical weakness. But being in the same tier as billy even at M0 is a little harsh lol

Billy M6 is actually really usefull since he can apply assault supper quickly. Invested Billy can easily clear HIA farming mobs in less than 30 secs. You can use up all 300 battery charge with just 1.5 mins. Anton is nowhere near the tier Billy and Neko have tho.

For me Billy is just way easier to play ,safer , i stuck with Ambush node 5 back then with attempt to S rank all, Mors ass keep sniping me from afar so i pulled out M6 Billy and oh boy i just clear it easily because his back up shooting keep me better view whats going on

0:41 true and real and based On a more serious note, do they really base all of this on the current Shiyu buffs/elements? Because that's the complete opposite of how HSR does it. It shouldn't matter whether a character's weakness is present or not or if they can benefit from the buffs, because when that character has been out for a while those buffs will be replaced by whatever benefits the current released character. THIS is when a character's value matters the most, not when they're being glazed by recent release privileges.

Yeah i used her a lot until caesar. But i wouldnt say perfect tho, since she cant gather enemies and that make you lose time with the little enemies in shiyu. Other than that she is really good, and with her mindscapes even better

@josetomasrivera5782 well Lucy's a A-rank. Of course, not the literal "perfect" in combat, and yes i meant M6 lucy. no M0 A rank is good But being A-rank is also not a justice to her strength. Her ex special provides a massive i frame, insta quick swap dash, quick chain attack duration, long buff duration, and great animation (her bangboos supporting her back)

Anomaly has Burnice. Meanwhile, the best support you can have for Crit DPS is Soukaku, Lucy, & Nicole. I could count Rina, but the only Crit DPS she's carrying is Anton.

Couldn’t S rank the last shiyu defence until i build up Rina. Still unsure what she does tbh but the run i did with zhuyuan qinyi and her felt smooth.

Rina Basic atk - sends out bamboos for a four hit combo, does lightning bolts when used multiple times. Ex reg, changes basic into different atk, good for daze. Ex special light bolt sent out a column in front of rina, allows quick assist. Ult- lots of dmg/anomaly build up. Passive- gives party res pen% based on rinas res pen%, buff is active while bamboos are on field. All of rina atks will put up buff, which stays up for 5 seconds. After which bamboos go back to Rina (off field). As long as you see her bamboos on field other allies, they will have rinas buff. Bamboos have a tell when they are about to bail, each will spin once and will disappear about 1-2sec after. M1 rina extends buff to 11 sec and increase her res pen% increase by a ton. Everything besides her first set of basic atks will allow build shock.

I feel like people put way too much stock and not enough critical though into tier lists and stuff. Everyone doomposting cause Ellen and Zhu are down HALF a tier are so annoying to me. Look hard enough and you'll find people S-rank clearing with all of these characters. The tier list AT BEST tells you how much investment or effort you'll need to put in.

If you love her as a character just ignore the meta and pull for her because remember if in the future there’s a new ice dps character the Shiyu enemy weakness will also be Ice which mean you don’t have to be worried about not having a Ice dps character cause you already have Ellen 👍🏻

It was easy until the battle tower came in. Bro after floor 25 its hell, i got stuck at floor 38. I know it doesnt give you polychromes like shiyu but give it a try if you want really hard fights. And there are no unfair fights in the tower, its up to the skill of the person👍
