Soon as I heard cole was back on zero I bought 2 of these, one to skate and one to appreciate on my way, the board is really fun, compared to my other zero boards it’s concave was perfect for me! Cool review man! 🤘🏻🤘🏻

Try out some different shapes. Steep concave vs mellow concave is a huge difference. High concave takes more power since the tail/nose take longer to hit the ground. I like mellow concave and until I started messing around I didn't know it. I use to skate steep concaves and an 8.25. have since moved up to 8.5 and just found I live the quasi decks. The nose and tail are not tapered so there is more foot room.

I have tried a lot of boards in my short time (2.5 years). The VX has been the second hardest board for me to get used to. The FA was the hardest. Agree just pick your setup and go with it. More so if you are like me and don't have a lot of time to skate. Consistency in setup is key to progressing with limited time. You don't have time to skate if you are trying to figure out a new board all the time. My one true love board is the Powell Flight Deck. My favorite board for shape, company, and OG rider are the Welcome Chris's Miller boards. True love trucks have become thunder lights. I am indifferent on wheels and bearings. I don't do any reviews because I don't think my skating is good enough to have an opinion. I just skate them and enjoy them.

You should have tried the powell peralta flight deck and also the lithe board those are advance tech board ! If you try the flight deck I guarantee you will be impressed and won't come back on a regular board
