Into the Light Week 6
Week 1 of Zero Hour.
We have 2 things to do during the Exotic mission. The Quest from Ada-1 Outbreak Refined I. Which can be saved and done in 1 week past week 3. This is for the trait perks. Rapid Hit for Week 1.
We also have the Zero Hour Exotic Ship and intrinsic perks to earn. Each week, we will have a Vault Puzzle. Which you can also do in one go after Week 3.
Outbreak Refined Quest must be done in Legend and Vault Puzzles can be done in Normal and Legend. For the sake of the video. It was done in Legend.
Steps for Vault Puzzle -
- Clear 2nd Enemy room with Brig.
-Head back to the entrance on the elevated bridge. partially broken. Make sure to have the Outbreak Perfected.
- Interact with the panel. You have 40 seconds to shoot the correct symbol shown on the panel. There are only 3 around the area. It is random each time.
- Once finished. Make your way to the Vault and the first room to the left "square" should be open.
- Use the arrows under the square for the order. Interact with the 6 terminals to get the Intrinsic and ship schematic.
Steps for Outbreak Refined I
- Talk to Ada-1 to pick up the quest after finishing Zero Hour one time.
It must be in Legend
- Pretty much past all combat areas and up to Covert Passage. Instead of heading under the ship. You head to the right-side vents.
- Eventually, you will see 4 silos and a waterfall in the middle. Look for the red pipes and head inside to see 2 fallen captains.
- Head to the top back left corner and interact with the switch. That should open up silo 3. If not just go in all corners.
- In the middle, there is one switch. That one is needed for the quest. You will have 40 seconds to head back to where you came from. Head up from silo 3. Which is the normal path to traverse the mission. Before heading into the vent. The switch should be on the left wall. If you messed up. You can just do it again.
- After doing both switches the quest should update and now you just need to finish legend mode one time.

8:05 Apparently the Legend Vault Path changes daily. Sorry about that. If you search around online you might find it for that correct element surge day. Other than that it's trial and error.

I'm using the Indebted Kindness. Which is the first Rocket Pistol added to the game. More coming soon in the final shape (strand). The sidearm is from the most recent dungeon. Warlords Ruin. It just good damage and good range with good ammo economy.

Can you do the switches and then beat it on legend in a different run?

Yep. It's part of a quest. The switches are just one step. So you can do it in multiple runs.

First exotic mision that wasnt fun for me, i cant do it.. All the others i could do.. Was soo happy the very first part but then legand stuff im struggeling sooo much that i given up.. Tried with random fireteams with their mic is off.. Suxxx.. Anyway..

Good thing the mission is staying forever. You never know when a new meta build will creep in and make it easier. Takes some practice. With a decent team. You should be able to get to the boss's room with at least 8 minutes to spare. The boss room normally should take 3 - 4 minutes to kill.

You should be able to keep trying. I've read it's easier to do the top 1 first as you can just fall down instead of climbing up.
