From what I understand, the pictures in calendar are still ai generated. Because AI can't produce art on its own, it basically feeds on human creativitiy-imitate the art styles that actual artists created.

At least this is promoting hardwork + smart use of technology that all your viewers can try for themselves and find out for themselves the solid way to make some part time income. Sure i'll join the journey!!! I'm also finally getting into Etsy and POD (tshirts) and we'll see where that goes. I'm very creative and was a graphic designer but got burned out. I guess i'll always be a designer. It kinda sucks that people are going to flood the market with AI art but i'll embrace it too. Human brains will always be valuable as well tho. If you come up with an amazing idea, it will get copied. So u kinda have to keep coming up with a constant flow of ideas.

There's nothing shameful about using AI, and even if it floods the market it will still behave according to the rules that govern the Human way fo approaching things, tools included. It will be necessary to learn about anything You want AI to help You, a real writer vs a hobbyist both using AI to help, the writer will outclass the hobbyist by a lot still.

@@the180degreerule3 there is no guarantee it will follow our parameters or think like we do. One possible scenario is that AI will become so lifelike it will be hard to tell what is real or not. That would usher in a biometric ID that would verify it is actually you on the internet making comments and all that. Once they got the digital ID in place they can track you and link it to everything like your bank account. They already have those pieces ready to go. Then they will go after "misinformation" which is things like factual information that is a threat to their (powers that be) control. You know, those pesky conspiracy theories. So if they deem you an extremist or enemy of the state they can turn off your bank account, block you from buying groceries or getting your food ration, etc. So that is one possibility i heard for how AI can change our future. That is the negative path. I think that has been stopped and we are on a more positive path now. The "bad guys" have already been stopped. Many arrested and the top leaders are no longer with us. It's still an active operation but soon it will be known to the public. The recent trail derailments and chemical spills are not a coincidence. I think the Chinese balloon is a separate thing and not a huge deal. The sudden UFO talk is also not a coincidence. More of that coming. Remember i said at least that. More distraction coming but they lost control. We win!!! I know it sounds nuts but people dying from co vidd jabs sounds nuts too. That was/is a genocide plan. Many more people will be dying unfortunately.

Thanks! No, the 10M goal is not for a year. We'll get there when we get there by building solid businesses and investing intelligently (for the most part). I've spent around $60 on Ads (a few after the video). Ads don't affect the reviews. I'm still getting 5-star reviews 2 weeks after the ads. Having a good, high-quality product is the proper way to get positive reviews. The only thing I wish I did differently, is start earlier to catch the "December/January" trends properly. I missed a lot of seasonal sales due to delaying my store launch. In other words, catching trends early (e.g Early January should list products regarding Valentine's day).

He's tryna go from zero to star seller in 1 month which is 100% impossible as the minimum requirement is to wait 90 days after first sale lol. not hating but so many people do these "30 day challenges" or even worse "1 week challenge" but truth be told, this type of business is not a side Hussle you can setup and expect passive income from. you need to be posting 2 - 6 listings per day staying relevant to be successful. Especially if you are posting seasonal products. don't be like "Oh my season is out so i'm not posting listings anymore" just create new listings for the new season you are in and adapt. That's how you become successful

What is Etsy's position on AI generated images? I notice your branding is "Homemade". Anticipate any problems with that advertising?

I don't expect to have any issues with ETSY since AI generated images are only a part of the product. I designed the calendar templates myself and fixed the images by hand on photoshop as well. It's just like using stock photography or pre-made graphics in your designs. As long as they are PART of the product and not the ENTIRE product, that should be fine.

For years now I considered starting an Etsy shop. One thing kept me from doing so because there is one big problem. I am from South Africa. Yes, I can open an Etsy shop, no problem, but I saw in some videos on YT that Etsy favours USA shop owners, and that means they will rank only USA based Etsy shops and gives them all the exposure above all others. If that is true, that means EVEN THOUGH I will pay the exact amounts to them (listing and all other fees) as any USA based shop, I will get punished because I am from another country. So, my money is good enough for them but I get discriminated against simply because I am not situated in the USA. That is bad and not fair at all. Can you please confirm whether this is true, or not. Any comment from anyone will be appreciated. Thank you.

@@giorgosdemo This is what another Etsy sellers says: Etsy do not only rank USA shops. All Etsy shops have the same opportunity to achieve sales. However, Etsy do personalise the search results based on a shopper's location so if they are located within in the USA then if a USA shop has what they are looking for and has a good rank then they will be shown higher up in the search results because they are closer (meaning 99% of the time, they'll be able to order and receive their product quickly).
