I shit at sung jinwoo for this everytime...joohee was the person who has seen him at his worst and was still supporting him and helping him through all of his hardships and as he grew stronger it was hit turn to stay beside her and become her strength and take her out of that weak state. I was so excited to check these out because the dub version is so awesome, but it's the subtitled version :(. There are absolutely times when the subtitled version is better, but this isn't one of those cases. Most of all though I just like to be able to fall to sleep to reactions like this and I can't really tell what's being said if my eyes aren't on the screen, which makes them nigh impossible to watch. I do like your reactions though, I'll just have to check out some other shows like Jujutsu Kaisen or something.

Solo leveling is a lot like SAO, Slime or Log Horizon. Its ok for a first read/view, but any retrospection will disappoint you because its flashy but has zero substance. In solo leveling case, far too much action happens in instant dungeons- fake training grounds that only exist for MC (literally, not even in meta storytelling sense) to get stronger, so they don't have ANY bearing on the plot. Most works just skip this part. But its flashy and pretty and stuff, I guess. And its fairly good introduction to korean urban fantasy, there are dozens if not hundreds of manhwas with pretty much exact same setting.
