Awwww.... I plan to do my first triathlon in 2025 - not a full distance Ironman for sure but Olimpic and maybe 70.3, will see. Just came accross you channel and instantly fell in love with your personality, beautiful place you live in (whales! 🐋I presume it's somewhere in Australia?) and of course your lovely dog - I got into running in my twenties for my pyrenean sheepdog to keep up with her and ended up running a marathon! 💙 Now over a decade later thingking to tackle the triathlon. Wishing you all the best on the Ironman journey. I already subscribed and will binge watch the rest of your videos now :)

You've got this. The fact that you share your story in an effort to hold yourself accountable shows a strong sense of self awareness. Your mind is in the right place. The rest is just training. The most important distance in triathlon as in most other sports is the 6 inches between your ears. Good luck!
