Week 15 of my 7 month journey as I train from zero prior experience to complete an Ironman in order to raise awareness for T2KO and support those facing this tough battle.
In this week's episode, we celebrated an achievement by officially entering our first full Ironman, followed by a week of dedicated Ironman training. Alongside these, I had the opportunity to catch up with an old friend for two gym sessions, all captured and edited. We hit a remarkable milestone of 10,000 subscribers this week! Thank you all for the incredible support!

Some nutrition tips i dont know if you've already heard of; - you can use Isotonic powder in water for more electrolites and intake of carbohydrates. - you can make your own gells (just google it, its really simple and then you can adjust to what your stomach can or can't handle). - In Belgium we have these kind of apple sauce gells, on hard and long sessions i like to switch those with normal gells and jellys (firm kinda candy like bar version of a gell) and then some cereal bars and if im in the mood some salty sticks or a couple of chips. I mostly use the Decathlon or just a supermarket store to supply myself in a pretty cheap (in comparison with other stores) stuff. Hope this helps! 😊

a cheap tip for not fogging up the glasses is using dishwashing soap. Before every swim put some in your goggles and rinse with fresh water. 100% that it will not fog up that session!

Aquasphere Kayenne goggles very comfortable fit, goggle marks not an issue at all. I use the spray from Rebel, never fogs up. Just spray a bit into one lense then wipe it around and spread it into the next lense then wipe dry with your tee shirt. I always wash and dry my goggles, cap and watch with light soap and water immediately after a swim, it helps to keep them lasting longer.

The best goggle anti-fog method I’ve found is baby shampoo! Bear with me… put a pea-sized amount of Johnson’s No More Tears (it’s less stingy if it gets in your eyes than regular shampoo) in each lens, smear it around, rinse well in water and Bob’s your uncle. I do this before every swim and it works a treat. 👍
