When your 35k split came in on the app and you were at 6:08 pace (nearly the same as what you stated), I knew you were going to crush it. I was a bit worried you were going too fast since you were on track for the sub 2:40 at mile 16 instead of the planned 2:45….but you killed it and showed us how it’s done! Awesome job!

Bro those splits! your like a machine!!! Way to run Nick. I love your a strong runner. Probably the strongest runner at that pace in the world! That's why I love you and Sally McRae. Strong runners! This is my goal to be a strong runner. Getting ready this week to start back on a routine at the gym and running (Using Sally's app, and your videos as guidance and inspiration). I'm going to target running a marathon under 4 hours 30 min fall 2024 (BTW I fuel with GM1 sport, salted watermelon, its amazing).

Have you ever done the Tennessee State Park Running Tour? When I lived in Nashville for 5 years I loved that series which focuses on the off season: starts in October and ends March/April. I visited 25 beautiful state parks and races over and over again because of that. The tour is a family, and it's captivating.

CPT Nick, Unbelievable how much time you have chopped off your marathon time the past couple years. I loved that you included the nutrition breakdown. The past year I have been doing a deep dive into the nutrition side to boost my running performance. In the past 4 months, I've chopped 17 minutes off my half marathon time (4 HMs in 6 weeks) and 1:30 off my 5K time. I think far too few runners pay the nutrition side much attention and it's where they could make some huge gains. Keep Pushing and see ya in NYC. I'll be up front with the other Athletes with Disabilities (AWD) runners. I'll say Hey when you pass me. Dr Chief Hale!!!
