Hi. I am a paediatrician in the UK. These videos are good material for medical students and trainee doctors, so thank you for making them. Would just like to say though, that when mentioning infant feeding, as you do in the video, it would be good if at least some reference to breastfeeding was made. Showing a bottle of formula as the go-to image when discussing feeding just normalises artificial feeding. We know that breastfeeding is protective against respiratory tract infections including bronch, and it should be supported for those infants; (including support for mother in maintaining supply if baby not able to feed). Medical students and junior doctors are pivotal in increasing breastfeeding rates and ensuring that children who have been inpatients are able to continue breastfeeding, we need to support, encourage, and educate them with this. Thanks.

I think these days; mothers use pumps and expressed milk is given via bottles to save time (+convenience).

I am a clinical Pharmacist with a recent ACP qualification. Your lectures are fantastic. Easy to understand, short bite size and enough depth to assimilate and apply the knowledge. Most grateful. 👍👍

Zero To Finals - thank you for your time and effort in these videos. I purchased your text book around 6 months or so ago and still use it everyday. I wonder, how do you edit the text into the video to ‘draw in’ and fade out throughout the video? I would love to (try) and recreate something similar for my lectures at uni.

@@Wynnooo123 It is so great to hear you find the textbook helpful. I really need to make a video explaining the process of creating the videos. I record the screen of the ipad using quicktime on the mac. I illustrate and write the text using an apple pencil whilst recording the screen. Then I take that video and edit it - speeding up bits where I am writing, and syncing the video with the audio. It takes quite a lot of work, but I really like the result. Hope that helps

Hi Tom, please what do you do if a patient can’t speak in full sentences in one breath while doing airways assessment? Also why would you give a patient Asthmatic, sepsis and AAA patient fluid 500ml Bolu’s? Also what would you do if you observe that you patient is wheezing when you have done chest auscultation doesn’t that indicate that you can give them Salbutamol and iprotropium bromide? Please I have my OSCE in am on Monday. I need a urgent help. Thank you
