In this exciting culinary exchange, we had the honor of hosting the Zest Quest Asia 2024 winners from Sheffield College, UK, at the International Institute of Culinary Arts (IICA), New Delhi. 🎉👩‍🍳👨‍🍳
The talented young chefs Phoebe Tuttle, Beth Brewster, Joe Defries, along with their mentor Chef Andy Gabbitas, experienced the best of Indian cuisine under the expert guidance of Executive Chef Sumit Gupta. Sponsored by Tilda, this exchange went beyond the kitchen, fostering cross-cultural learning, creativity, and of course, some mouth-watering dishes!
But the learning didn’t stop there! Our IICA students also had the incredible opportunity to dive into British culinary techniques, thanks to the world-renowned Chefs Cyrus and Pervin Todiwala, alongside Chef Andy Gabbitas. 🍽️✨
