I restarted my computer and thus PS. When I got back in ALL of my imported brushes have disappeared. Any idea how to get them back or how to stop them disappearing?

When I select screen for my overlays with black backgrounds the overlay disappears 😭 I can't seem to get my black background ones to work

@Patrick Waugh The entire overlay disappeared, not just the black. All with a black background disappeared. This was 9 months ago, lol. I use a different software now and the overlays work fine. I haven't tried to go back and use photoshop again.

You can place brushes in libraries, but I don't see any real advantage to having them there. With overlays, the library gives you an image preview and eliminates a step. For brushes, it would add a step as they are already previewed in your brush palette.
