In this video I share my method of disassembling, cleaning, inspecting, and re-assembling this Zexel pump from a Perkins 400 series diesel in my JCB backhoe. the 3 and 4 cylinder version of this pump is used in many tractors like Kubota, Caterpillar, Shibaura (New Holland), and many others.
