hey i am just having trouble, i downloaded black ops 2 which was in the ps3 psn usa folder and i downloaded the license pack one i just need some help, i did press on the game and it tells me to get the license, any chance you could help guide me through this process

put the rap file in dev_hdd0 inside Folder exdata and paste here (if not working)then make copy of the folder exdata paste into your USB

Installed cfw pkg and when i go to install cfw fix pkhlg from your comments it gives error 8001003A and all the fix pkgs from yukios/zeyfox/darking/zuko give the same error

if you downloaded iso then paste iso game in dev_hdd0/PS3ISO folder and if you downloaded game folder then paste into dev_hdd0/Games

No, after installing it, you do not need to install all the games, you just install the game you want to play.
