I wonder how much of Saica's "way of life" is just Magoichi's predecessor's way of living, that she adopted in his honor. I know the historic Saica Magoichi only made contracts not with the highest bidder, but with people he liked, even if they couldn't always pay immediately. Is this however a Saica tradition or just the old Magoichi's quirk?

Yes, she mentioned "San-daime" so she's the fourth to hold the title "Saika Magoichi" While her real name is "Sayaka" (idk if it's a reference of her VA, Ohara Sayaka or not)
