It looks so incredible delicious and so good. This recipe reminds me of how my Wonderful Mom do this kind of preparation for few days for a New Year but during my teenage time never got into cooking specially for festive meals. Now I love watching heartwarming dish!! And hopefully next time when I be back to HK got to buy some abalone.
Since such a long time haven.t taste this abalone , hope someday can find to do this festive food .I don.t mind it take long time to prepare it , Thanks you Mr.Sing Sing .🎖 Like ,🙏
Thank you very much. Everytime I see dried abalone, I have no courage to buy them because I do not know how to do it. Now I can proudly say I may be able to cook it one day. May I know what model is this Philips 智能萬用鍋? Please use whatever cookware you think will help us improve in this fast moving modern world that makes our cooking easier. It's only right and no need be shy that sifu uses them. 活到老,学到老. And what is the cost of the 300gm dried abalone?

@@pollenayeung5815 Cannot be! It could be cheaper than canned abalone. Anyway, one do not do it often. It is a skill learnt.

@@coolb62 That's the top grade Japanese abalone, it's most expensive in the market. But I am not familiar with that, just refer to someone's comments. But dried ones are more expensive than canned ones for sure.

@@pollenayeung5815 Probaby as you saId. I've just checked over my area, Golden dried abalone, not sure if it is from Japan, selling by 100 gm @ S$37 M size; S$43 L size which comes to S$111 and S$239 for 300 gm/6 pieces around what sifu cooked. It's pricey so better rewatch carefully before trying.
