Chef SingSing, tx alot for your tuturials. I enjoyed it lots. Years ago. I was a kitchen hand. No tubes or books. therefore we depend lots on our sifu to teach us. Not easy as those days they were very protective Sifus. With your tutorials, I now, can learn lots from you. I appreciate your step by step instructions. Wud like to try out your methods one day.
