No need stir cook porridge 2 hours. Just use Khind DB600 (Electric Steamer) steam rice (1 small cup) in stainless steel bowl fill with water. Porridge ready 2 hours. Transfer steam porridge to pot, put marinated chicken thin ginger slices. Base Seasoning: Abalone Sauce (2 tbsp), Shaoxing wine (1tbsp), dash of ajinomoto white pepper powder, chicken powder (1 tsp) to taste, Fried garlic (1 tsp) & fragrant oil.
