🟢材料:
龍蝦1隻
蒜頭、迷迭香、檸檬汁 適量
鹽、黑胡椒、碎芝士、牛油 適量
🟢做法:
1️⃣ 把牛油溶化,加入蒜蓉和迷迭香備用。
2️⃣ 龍蝦開邊洗淨,撒上少許鹽和黑胡椒調味,加入步驟1的調料和檸檬汁,預熱焗爐至攝氏180度,將龍蝦放入烤盤中焗烤6分鐘。
3️⃣ 撒上碎芝士,再轉攝氏230度繼續焗烤8分鐘。
🟢Ingredients:
Lobster - 1
Garlic, rosemary, lemon juice - as needed
Salt, black pepper, shredded cheese, butter - as needed
🟢Cooking Directions:
1️⃣ Melt the butter, mix with the chopped garlic and rosemary, set aside.
2️⃣ Cut and clean the lobster and season with some salt and black pepper. Add the prepared seasoning mixture in step 1 and lemon juice. Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake the lobster for 6 minutes.
3️⃣ Sprinkle shredded cheese on top and continue baking at 230°C for another 8 minutes.
