Chef BiBo..Ginger haya guna 200 gm saja bukan 453.gm ,goreng ginger dengan seasame oil 2 sudu dahulu baru mula memasak, Pork Nuckles kena cuci dengan tepong ubi kayu 5.spoon dan marinate 20 minutes, habis cuci dengan air pancur 3.kali bagi bersih ,baharu muka memasak.. Telur ayam yg rebus, kopek kulit dan cucuk dengan jjarum yg harus bagi lubang kecil, dan terus masak dengan kuah Pork Nuckles.. Ok.. Gd job, thank u. !

FYI Koon Chun Sweetened Black Vinegar Have 7g sugars plus 7g added Sugars total 14g of sugars YET You add more brown sugars To me healthy dish become not healthy anymore to much sugars bad as to much salt in human body need to balance healthy and tasty Thanks for you channel not many channel speak clearly Cantonese like you relax and enjoyable

Tried making. Your recipe is simple and they taste delicious. Just one question. I am left with little and almost dry vinegar on the 3rd day of eating. Do I add water from the start? I like to drink the vinegar soup instead of the thick gravy. Can you please advice ?
