補充: 聲稱脂質體維生素C透過磷脂外層可以直接進入細胞,聽起來有道理,但未經科學證明。 並不是所有吃進肚的脂質體維他命C都可以穿過消化道進入血液,甚至進入細胞。如果它真的進入了細胞,它要麼坐在細胞裏,什麼都不做,要麼更糟,太多可能對你的身體有害,因為已經證明太多的分離抗氧化劑實際上可能對你的細胞有害。你身體真正需要來增強免疫力或打病毒的是從天然食物的維他命C複合物,不是人工合成的維他命C。我希望大家優先吃原型原貌的食物! Additional: It is claimed that liposomal vitamin C can directly enter the cells due to its phospholipids, sounds reasonable but it is not scientifically proven. Not all will even pass the digestive tract and enter into the bloodstream, moreover into the cells. If it really does manage to enter into the cells, it either sits there and does nothing, or worse, too much might be harmful to your body as it has been proven too much of the isolated antioxidants may actually be harmful to your cells. What your body really needs to strengthen its immune system and fight viruses is from natural foods that are rich in vitamin C complex, not synthetic vitamin C. I hope everyone prioritise eating whole foods first!5-

所以現在都是買植物性的vc,雖然很多報導都說合成vc效用一樣,但始終是人工合成,有戒心。

你講過野基本上同意 但我地人類每日攝取既維他命c真係唔夠喎 唔通我一日食10個橙10個奇異果? 或多或小都要食下supplement 想請教下你有冇邊隻維他命c既supplement 係天然提取?

都唔係, 一包脂質體維C含量有1000mg, 但你一日既正常飲食有冇吸收1000mg 維他命C咁多? (1個橙得 70mg)

我想問我媽媽78歲4期直腸癌,佢身體虛弱,無胃口食東西,越來越瘦,已經做了6次電療,主要係盆骨位置來減輕痛楚,早排加上小中風,現在要打薄血針,每天見佢好痛苦。醫生話身體太虛弱要增磅先可以化療。若果liposomal vitamin c唔可以幫到佢,有什麼方法可以幫到佢?多謝

Dr John , 我爸爸是吸煙人士,吸左很多年,他每日有食維他命1200mg,但今天上網發現高濃度維他命C會與吸煙人士的高氧壓反應產生更多自由基,請問好像他的這一類吸煙者吃多少份量的Vit C才安全及對健康有好處?謝謝🙏🏻你這個影片很有心為大家拍,很感動,希望你繼續努力多多分享🙏🏻🙏🏻

教练,想问问。 蔬果类一旦经过烹饪,里面的营养价值包括维生素 C 也会随着流失吗? 记得你其中一个视频指出,蔬菜未烹饪肠胃很难消化,假如丢进慢磨机弄杯蔬果汁还好吗? 每天喝蔬果汁可以吗?好像看到报道说蔬果汁很多草酸会引起肾结石?

烹飪後,維他命C會流失大約一半,但是不是很大問題,因爲吃菜的分量可以吃得比較多和餐餐也有,所以不用很擔心維他命流失。 草酸太多是會引起腎結石所以蔬菜最好要煮,如果要用慢磨機和蔬菜汁,最好不要太多,或找一些草酸比較低的蔬菜。水果的話草酸不多,所以沒問題,但是由於糖分高水果,喝果汁不夠纖維和容易喝過多,所以最好吃整個。

It's different. Ascobyl palmitate is vitamin C reacted with palmitic acid to make the vitamin C oil-soluble.

Fully Agree. Vitamin C is not equal to ascorbic acid. Ascorbic acid is just one ingredient of vitamin C. Vitamin C should be corrected its name to vitamin C complex. Somehow, I am curious about synthesized vitamin C combined with citrus flavonoids. It might be another sales talk.

Thanks for your comment. Firstly, not all citrus flavonoids can be extracted, so the ones in the market are very limited compared to naturally occurring flavonoids in food. Although ascorbic acid paired with citrus flavonoids is said to exhibit a synergistic effect, but it remains inferior to the naturally occurring vitamin C complexes found in nature with their ideal ratios. So yeah, it's just another sales tactic in my opinion

是的,liposomal 裏面的維他命C都是人工合成的。如果是天然的維他命C提煉,即使話不再是天然維他命C複合物,只會是被分離的維他命C, 同人工合成的沒有分別。 重點是 liposomal vc 不自然地讓維他命C進入人體。

请问 Dr. John 如果我自行在家中将天然之 Acerola/camu camu 等粉末脂质化,使它变成liposomal 天然维生命C,其功能是否胜过合成之liposomal vitamin C 呢?因为至少前者含有类黄酮之类物质,但前者未必100%溶解于水。

很有創意 :) 身體的各種系統和生理途徑不是那麼簡單。我認為最好遵循自然規律,維他命C在自然界的設計不是這樣操作。還有,天然的維他命C複合物的分子應該塞不進脂質體

非常感謝你提出之意見 , 其实不是一个创意,多年前有位美国之自然疗法医生在他卖的VC內含有类黄酮之物质以增加维生素C之协同效应,所以我第一次DIY脂质体含多種营养补充品时就选用Buffer VC with 类黄酮, rose hip, acerola,…,不选用纯 VC,但发觉这些非水溶性物质未必被卵磷脂完全包裹着,总之能包裹到多少就多少吧。最近有位博士弄了一款含有含有12种天然VC物质:1. Organic Acai Berry Freeze-Dried Powder 2. Organic Acerola Cherry Freeze-Dried Powder 3. Organic Amla (Amalaki) Powder 4. Organic Blackberry Freeze-Dried Powder 5. Organic Camu Camu Powder 6. Organic Elderberry Freeze-Dried Powder 7. Organic Goji Freeze-Dried Powder 8. Organic Maqui Freeze-Dried Powder 9. Organic Mulberry Leaf Powder 10. Organic Noni Powder 11. Organic Rose Hip Powder , 12, Organic Wheatgrass Powder,價格很貴, 请问 博士John 以上12种物质是否含有丰富之天然VC呢? 值得嘗試嗎?@@JohnHealthCoach

@@wingkwongluk5227 你可以DIY但是它不能保證可以形成脂質體和不是自然。我認為與其自己DIY各種可能是脂質體產品,不如優先多吃新鮮的蔬果,因為那些是確定對你身體有益處的。重點是天然、原型原貌的食物。 另外,我即將發布一個維他命C的蔬果排行榜的影片,會提到一些你提及的水果和蔬菜

@@JohnHealthCoach 感谢你非常宝贵之意见,你的意见我是非常同意的。不过在香港要吃天然又要有机之原形食物实在有点难,又贵,我经常吃到很多化学农药之大陆和进口蔬果,相信我要经常要利用肝脏帮我排毒,否则我会中毒很深。

1:02 其實你都講左重點, 一個人一日靠正常食物所攝取既維他命C, 有冇 4000mg 咁多? 一個橙得70mg他命C, 即係每日要食成50個先有4000mg , 但 一包細細包脂質體維他命C就有1000mg, 一個人無論點均衡飲食我估一日最多只吸收 300mg. 🤔 除非有科學證實脂質體維他命C其實對人體有害, 我都比較偏向食 liposomal vitamin C, 始終較方便, 維他命C量又一定足夠. 😂

Linus Pauling 是大力推薦大量維生素C的科學家和參與了一些維生素 C 和癌症研究,說維他命C有效,但是最後他死於前列腺癌) Linus Pauling 的學院 (Linus Pauling Institute) 出了這個陳述: 大多數檢查維生素 C 攝入量與癌症發病率的觀察性研究沒有發現任何關聯。 隨機對照試驗報告補充維生素 C 對癌症風險沒有影響。 目前關於靜脈注射維生素 C 對癌症患者療效的證據僅限於觀察性研究、不受控制的干預和病例報告。 lpi.oregonstate.edu/mic/vitamins/vitamin-C
