He's great but since Koei hate Shu they would rather add Guan Yu's 4 children, his bodyguard and his son's girlfriend rather than an interesting add.

It looks like he has a particular role within the fight of the rebellion and between Shu and Jin.. Whoa.. Zhang Yi would fit well in the roster I just hope Jiang Wei doesn't ignore him..

His Blast design is basically a male version of Xingcai (his even has the Sword & Shield as his weapons), lol. Though I like it. Zhang Yi will definitely be added to the series sooner or later, he's like one of the big choices for remaining Shu characters with Liao Hua and Wang Ping.

KOEI must have combined both Lu Xun and Xingcai's appearance to illustrate Zhang Yi. His sword and shield and armor resembles Xingcai while he has a very young boyish face.

Sounds like a really cool character. He could have some really interesting character interactions with Jiang Wei in regards to being against attacking Wei towards the end of the Shu kingdom's lifespan.

Watching these has been a lot of fun, glad I stumbled upon 'em! Have you ever thought about doing analysis things like this for the actual battles represented in the games and which games have represented them best? (My vote's for DW3 doing the Nanman Campaign best! Maybe it's just the music... :p)
