Yes. I had 3 LADA`s 1200, 1500 and 1600 from 1972 untill 1989, I drove several times from Copenhagen to Geneva in 1977 and had no problems, with the 1500. Loved them all 3

i had one of these car a vaz lada 1500 combi 1984 , you could start it with handcraft, very good car on the winter season, i miss the lada, you can fix the car by yourself. todays new car you can not fix by yourself
