with phones you can have issues like the radios for 3g/4g required in india would be different from other countries. so research that first and then buy. As for DSLR and laptop it is never region locked and in many cases your warranty also works in india for reputable brand laptops

you can buy Nikon d5300 and add some good lens with it for nice photography. If videography together required then go for canon 750D which names (canon rebel t6i) outside India and good for both videos and photos.But for canon750d, you need to upgrade your budget.

I am no expert or anything, but the fact that your camera is moving even while its off means that camera isn't balanced properly. However I am sure you are aware of that. I could be wrong, although when you move the camera to a position it gives a slight tilt, this is a sign that you may need to adjust one of the axis points just a little.

ritik gupta It's a Compact camera which has normal DSLR capabilities also can swap lenses just like a DSLR. Most mirror less camera doesn't have an optical viewfinder, therefore becomes compact in size because 2 mirrors at a particular angle is removed which is necessary for optical viewfinder in DSLRs.
