i just get a white blank screen with the logo Zhiyun...all the light are green. I use it without stabliser jsute camera>transmitter transmitter>monitor feelworld . did I do something wrong? they are paired

You skipped like 7 steps. It doesn't connects directly to the transmitter the first time. And if you need a software update is more complicated.

Friend thanks for the video, the receiver is compatible with all HDMI monitors? My HDMI monitor does not recognize me nor does the receiver give me an image, it only gives me a pink color, on another monitor it says the resolution

Super into! did you manage to load a LUT when using with the phone? It tells download the lut but because you are connected to the transmitter you have no connetion for the internet to download anything

That might be a limitation of you phone then. My Android 6 phone allows me to use WiFi and mobile data simultaneously (the latter gets enabled when the former does not provide an internet connection).

Hi Aliff! Thanks for that review. I've been thinking about getting a transmitter... Does Sony eye and face AF works when connected to the transmitter? Sony's eye and face AF won't work when connected to an external monitor. And also, have you tried the Zhiyun Smart Follow combined with Sony's Autofocus? Thanks!

Im assuming you’re using the latest Sony alpha camera. So I can’t tell you if the eye tracking will work. But from my understanding, the transmitter shouldn’t affect the camera internal auto focus features as it only transmitting video feed to receiver. I able to have AF-C enable while watching a live feed view from my external monitor

@@gmh4528 I just tested a very big setup on my Weebill S. My small Fuji X-T3 (1kg) with a medium format Zeiss lens (>1kg). The whole package looked very ridiculous as the lens was a lot bigger than the body but it worked like a charm at 50% motor strength. The only limitation would be having a very long lens as to ballance you have to move the camera backwards which might interfere with the back arm.

Yes, provided you have not only the TX but also the RX. It has an HDMI output that can be fed into a target of your choice.

@@DesertCookie I connect the receiver to a switcher and the quality is not as good as the cameras that connect directly. Do I have to do some kind of configuration?

The quality will not be very good. That's just the nature of these cheap transmitters. It'll be useful for having a wireless webcam for instance that is displayed in a corner, for example. DJI's system probably offers a better image quality, so do the more affordable prosumer options (HollyLand) out there.

Would you know if the transmitter would work with a Limix G80/85? For object tracking and general video control without needing to touch the gimbal controls?

Yes, it should work with any cameras. But for object tracking i’m not really sure how well it performs

Lucas Gillet The sony camera are known for its weird bug whereby the screen will go black once you’re connected to external monitor via HDMI. You can watch “gerald undone” tutorial videos or any other tutorials on fixing Sony camera screen goes black when connected to external monitor.

Please Help Me!!! I bought the transmitter (also the receiver) and my older Xiaomi Mi Note 2 just does not see it on the wifi (as if it was not existing) it has Android 8 and MIUI 11.0.2. my even older Xiaomi the same. But a newer Mi 9 works. Also my wife's newer Samsung does see it. Theoretically it should work above Android 5 (according o Zhiyun's own web page) but does not. what kind of Android phones do you use it??? Thanks...

i just got the receiver but i just get the zhiyun logo white screen on my monitor. i get the view on the phone but not the transmitter. thoughts?

David Boerst Have u bind both Transmitter & Receiver? You will need to link both transmitter & receiver via wired (USB type C) to perform a binding. The zhiyun logo whitescreen will be appearing first for 10-15 sec before showing the live feed, which take sometimes.

There should be no difference. The RX might be omtimized for a little lower latency (5ms) and offers the HDMI output - nothing more.

I can change the camera parameters but strictly to ISO if not mistaken But also depends on luck, sometimes it would say no access just like yours. Probably shall be resolve if Zhiyun releases a new firmware updates
