Zhiyun Weebill 3 Issues - Check the connected device | Problem solved

It's frustrating to experience two different problems when connecting #Zhiyun #Weebill3. I found one solution and have been looking forward to another one. Let me know if you know.

I own the Weebill 3E and my understanding is that the reason you can not use Autofocus with this gimbal is because it only has 1 USB-C port, used for camera control only. The Weebill 3S has 2 USB-C ports, one is used for image transfer and the other is used for Autofocus. Since the Weebill 3E, doesn't have this extra port used primarily for Autofocus, sadly, I do not believe that option will be available.

hello friends! Please help me. I got the Weebill 3 . But i cant connect it to my sony a7 III by cable. I want to control shutter, ISO, aperture using Weebill 3 and cable to sony. Now i can control start and stop recording only. Maybe you have some tutorial? I also have Weebill S and there are no problem to connect and control camera by Weebill

You won’t. Sony does not allow face detection and pc remote whatever brand of gimbal you use. It is indicated in the documentation but nobody read it. I do for this specific reason so i am not surprised.

@@Ammaralbassri2 it is not a question of cable. It is indicated in the documentation, sony does not allow face detection and pc remote. Period. There won’t be any update. You have to change brand to get that with Canon Nikon or Panasonic.

@@ParavuthTT i use type C to type C cable then i found the proper cable is Multi to type C its return in compatible list check it and make sure which cable you should use for your camera. Mine is sony a7r3.

It is not a zhiyun issue it is a Sony issue. This is like that with all Sony cameras. I was sure before i started the video what was your issues. This is why most people don’t use cable with a combo sony and gimbal. It will be the same with Dji.

which camera are you using? You may need to check the compatibility list of the gimbal. Do the settings as the list note.

My brand new gimbal has a axis lock issue!!!

Mount a camera on it .Balance it and release all the axes lock then adjust the motor torque. If no help, contact the support.

I don’t know why you are surprised except if you didn’t read the documentation. I knew it before being interested to gimbal. It is the same with a Dji or other gimbal. You have to go with Canon or Panasonic or Nikon to get that

no solution because this companies who make gimbals and photo equipment dont know a shi***... they just want to sell and make profit thats it... i have problems with my webills 2 and sony mark4, i have problems with my new lights godox tube, the app is not working, what to say except those companies are BAD... BAD BAD BAD!!!!
