hey, i was trying to change the speed of the roll axis in the pov mode. it's way to slow for me, I wanted to make it faster for more dynamic dancefloor footage on wedding days, but no matter what parameter i set it on, the speed doesen't change what so ever. can you tell me how to change it for pov mode?

@@ZhiyunTechGlobal it doesent work. no matter what settings i put into the speed parameters of the roll axis, it just doesen't change anything in the pov mode. the other axis work perfectly fine. it must be a back in the firmware, please adress it.

Double press the Mode button (M) and you will see the P (portrait Mode) that allows you to record on vertical after the Vortex mode. Idk if this answer is still being useful to you but hope anyone find it useful anyways, i had the same doubt about it :)

Hi Zhiyun, I know you have already a new version (3s) but nevertheless I decided to buy this "old" version to work with my Nikon Z6 I, and everything is fine except the connection between camera and your gimbal. For some reason, when I use USB-C and USB-C connection, the "rec" button won't work. I haven't find any decent explanation how to do this. Is there any "quick manual" or video like this one? Thanks in advance

You may try press the record button a little harder and deeper, if you half press the button, it will active AF only not to record.

Hi Praveen, you could first switch the gimbal mode to V mode, and then press the fill light control wheel to enter the V Mode Setting menu to adjust parameters.

Hi when the cable connecting gimbal and camera are connected, and at the same time atomos is connected to the camera, you will not even be able to see the images through the atomos monitor. to be able to see the images via atomos you have to disconnect the gimbal cable from the Sony. doing so, of course, you will lose the ability to control iso, shutter and iris and rec via gimbal Is there a new gimbal that gives you the ability to control all of this and use atomos at the same time? this check was done on a zhiyun crane 2 from a few years ago. I wonder if there is the possibility to connect the atomos ninva V to the camera, and the camera to the gimbal, without losing the ability to control shutter, iso, aperture and rec. I don't know, maybe with the new gimbals it can also be done via bluetooth. I know that the limit of the management of these functions could also be the sony a 7iii. Could you help me in this problem? Could you suggest me a gimbal that gives me the possibility to do all this? Thank you

I received mine few days ago and after upgrading the software I can no longer connect my camera to the gimbal and I tried with many différent cables it wont work. Also the quick systeme release tend to loose even when I firmly lock it. You should have a quick release system similar to the one from ulanzi plus you should release a Backpack strap clip. Also when adjusting the plate up and down you need to unscrew the little screw but even loosen up it is hard to move up or down and when you manage to do it, it scratch the all rails. The portrait mode works whenever it wants to 💁‍♂️
