In sony a7m4, cov03 is not compatible, so the zypaly app function cannot be used 100%. Please update the firmware so that all functions can be used on the sony a7m4.

I look online and don’t see compatibility of weebill 3 with the iphone zhiyun app. I can see it with Android but not for iphone. Am i right?

Hello, I have a weebill 3 along with the COV-03 transmitter, I make the connection as indicated in the manual and when using the zy play application it allows me to see through my Android phone and my iPad, however, in neither of these devices I can use the object tracking function or control the gimbal, I have seen that some people enable ccs on their gimbal in camera setup, but I see that the weebill 3 does not have it, I have both devices updated in their firmware, it would be helpful Great help if you can tell me what could be the cause of the problem and how I could solve it. 👍👍👍

Hello, I have found the problem to my dilemma, it turns out that I am based on the transmitter manual which indicates that the LN-UCUC-AO3 cable should be used, but both the video and the weebill 3 manual indicate the use of the cable LN-UCUC-A02, I guess this other cable works better on other gimbal models.😅😅😅

When I download the ZY Play app, it says For Smartphones, not for pro cameras. I cannot figure out how to change it to pro phones. I am using an iPhone. Can someone please help? Also the icon is different for the app than the one in the video - I don’t see one with that icon. Did it get changed? I’m so confused.

Open ZY Play，then slip screen to the left, you will see the interface of For Pro Cameras. To click the three short lines of the upper left, will see a list which includes all models of the camera gimbal. To find and click one which you need to connect.

You use the Weebill 3? Only Weebill 3s support connect wireless. If you use the Weebill 3 with Sony a7III , select this cable to connect: Type-C to Multi USB

Hi friend, please check out if it is the multi-port cable that is used to connect the camera and the gimbal, otherwise, the type-c port one would only work for the charge.

@@ZhiyunTechGlobal if the usb-c cable format is not capable to provide features to control camera, why companies continue to use it.? So why the new weebill 3 and m2s can control an a7c ( that has only usb-c port) and a m3 cannot. The reason is probably zhiyun didn’t put the hardware in their gimbal to handle correctly the usb-c. Weebill3 and m2s proves the camera can be controlled with usb-c. And where are the bluetooth abilities to control recent cameras. It is possible with a small remote to control the focus, zoom, start stop with a7c for example, so why a gimbal like a m3 , weebill3 or m2s cannot do the same.? Same responses zhiyun didn’t put the hardware bluetooth module to allow it.
