Can you use the remote to take pictures on your iPhone remotely or start recording? I want to set up my gimbal in the centre of a room and take a full panoramic video and photo whilst I’m not in the room but by using the remote to rotate my iPhone X

hey hey, i'm trying to get my remote to work with my sony A6500 and version one zhiyun crane. i paired it and get it to work the up and down left to right of the camera but not the record video function. i'm also using the black cord from my camera to the gimbal and still no recording? can you show me what needs to go where and what i'm doing wrong. and yes i don't have bluetooth on my phone on and i'm pressing the record button twice. any help??

Hello, I paired the remote just fine and works to change mode and movement but record hardly works...only 10% works ! does any one have a solution as its frustrating!!using the dual handle is great with the remote but its useless if the record video button does not work(and yae I pressed twice)...any suggestions?

+Avijit Manna no, it is just for the Zhiyun Crane in combination with Sony or Panasonic Cameras. It doesn't even work with Crane 2

The ZW-B02 remote was listed on the Crane 2 operating manual as an accessory. I ordered the remote for my Crane 2, but don't seem to find a way to get it connected...

Anselmo Döll i got the remote working, but id doesn’t support rec start / stop with Sony cameras. It’s stupid, but that’s the way it is.

That's it. Does not support rec/start on Canon 5D MarkIII. Now they have the ZW-B03 and it will support.

Has anyone else had theirs not turn on all of a sudden? When I plug it in to charge the light stays red, I've tried multiple different cables to charge it just in case.
