He has a so-called counter-tenor voice type. He has excellent technique in using head voice in singing high note( as compared to soprano). He was educated in Ukraine and majored in Bel Canto and opera singing. Strongly recommend you to react to Time to Say Goodbye, then you may discover more of Zhou. He sung this song in Italian and used classical opera singing technique.

I like the way you blended in the video with your own, both video and audio are top notch and professional, the best that I came across. Zhou Shen is not new, he has been around for over 8 years but just recently risen to stardom and become the most popular singer in China. His voice is feminine but he has an abundance of talents and that is why it took him years of struggle to reach success. This song reflects his years of struggles and frustration but at the end things worked out just fine so he asked the fans to be happy and enjoyed the evening at the end of the song. You need to understand the lyrics in order to fully appreciate this song. If you like this song, there is a similar song titled "This Is Me" in English that is well worth listening to and I am really looking forward to your reaction.
