Zhou Shen and Gai's version of Rose Boy does move me a lot for they are sooo great & amazing but both hv been bullied for unique voice and outlook 😢Fortunately they've overcome all the pains and now sang such song to encourage those ppl who are in need! Thank you for using anatomical diagrams to explain vocal knowledge, which reminded me of an interesting story about Zhou Shen. In June this year, during Zhou Shen's concert in Chengdu, he mentioned that a mosquito flew into his throat while he was rehearsing. He said that as a singer, he shouldn't be helpless against something that enters his throat, so he kept hitting high notes, and sure enough, the mosquito was crushed by the muscles in his throat. Haha, Zhou Shen is truly a very interesting person.🤣🤣🤣❤❤❤

Charlie keeps releasing new songs, his latest album has 12 songs based on his ideas, representing 12 different personalities, lives, and stories in different times and spaces - past, present, and future, and his own live concerts in different cities, OMG! His means of transportation between the jobs is to take a commercial plane, you can often see him at the airport in different cities.

"‘Rose Boy’ is a song dedicated to the memory of a young boy who passed away due to bullying. It was composed by the famous Taiwanese composer Jay Chou and sung by diva Jolin Tsai. I really admire both of them and feel proud of how they use music to speak up for marginalized groups. Although the version by Charlie and Gai has been adapted significantly (possibly due to political considerations), Charlie's performance is incredibly moving. No matter how many times I listen to it, I can't help but tear up. Charlie’s voice can truly transport everyone. I hope you continue to react to Charlie’s singing more and more."

I think you have the wrong information. It wasn't composed by Jay Chou. The song was actually written by Jolin herself, together with Ashin aka Chen Hsin Hung, the singer songwriter from the Mayday band. That's why Mayday does perform this song as well. The song was composed by another Taiwanese who works well with Jolin. Like Jay Chou sings songs co-composed with Huang Yuxun and written by Fang Wenshan

《Under Investigation》is the theme song of a TV serial. It is about the struggles the protagonist faces in trying to go back in time to avert a tragedy that killed him and to find the truth behind it, the doubts about human nature and whether it's worth the effort, the temptation to give up since the world remains gray even after redemption, but the desire to make the right choice would prevail. Zhou Shen tosses in that piece from Swan Lake to allude to the white and black swans, the contrast between good and evil, and also the Italian quote at the end, which means: "There's a crack in everything, and that's how the light gets in."

Ohh and please include the concert video of Charlie playing a tape of him singing at 11 years old. He played his home town and his teacher came to the concert. She saves a tape of Charlie singing and they played it at the concert. He was good even then. What a nice snippet for the anniversary show.
