顏色配答很好，房間除了主人房外其餘的房間都很細，廚房設備很齊全，唯一不喜歡的是counter top, 太薄，角位太尖，小朋友一定要小心，很容易碰傷

廚房配色簡單柔和，看得舒服，但Countertop 個兩隻90度死角就敗筆，係正兩邊出入走道，住落一定撞唔少，可以就一定做弧型，連下面櫃身一樣走弧型設計，另外廚房幾個灰色吊櫃，目測每個吊櫃離假天花留10-15mm 既gap ，隻手又伸唔到入去抹塵，一係就做低少少，做埋收口板上天花板，免去爬上去抹塵之苦，一係就再做低點，至少清潔到。

總裝修費用大約8萬英鎊，未計電器尤其美式雙門大雪櫃都唔小錢。我估計如果而家報價加埋所有電器連裝修費用合共至少要10萬英鎊。 🧐🧐

Just my personal opinion, no need for breakfast bar, the work top can be cut down and make it flush down with the cupboard. This will make the dinner area much bigger and less dangerous with the bar top sticking out. Should also keep the electric shower upstairs as a back up. Since the wire and plumbing are already there, just add a modern electric shower together with the new power shower. This is a back up as one day the gas boiler will break down and the owner will end up with no hot water for may be a good few days.
